--- Condition ---

In rustic vintage condition. As this item is antique and more than 100 years old, however there are certainly signs of usage and lovely imperfections such as pattern fading/bleeding, tiny manufacturing/glazing marks on the surface, utensil marks/scratches on the surface, there are areas around the edges of wearing down of the protection glaze or spots (surface not smooth or faded), there is signs of even crazing on the surface of all the plates (there are certain areas where the crazing line could also be seen as a hairline crack), some of the plates have surface marks with slight discoloration and more by plate below.

Plate N 1 - Less hollow - No chips and crack SOLD
Plate N 2 - More hollow. There are 2-3 visible chips on the front edge as shown in the photos.
Plate N 3 - More Hollow. There are 1-2 tiny areas where there is a chip on the edge of the plate. SOLD

However I believe that these decorative blemishes tell a story and just gives the plates more charm and character. Please ask me if you are unsure. I have more photos upon request. Please use ZOOM to review the details of each photo especially the photo collages.

**Special Note about aged Porcelain**
If you are not accustomed to this ‘look’, google crazing and the aging process of porcelain. The Japanese use crazing to add an artistic look to their pieces whereas antiques go through the natural aging process. Crazing is cracking in the surface of the plate due to use sometimes it's even and is called the crackle look and other times it is random.

These items are old, were used and were manufactured at a time when processes were less under control as today. Therefore, in addition to the defects identified and reported in the ad, slight dimensional differences or deviations in the color or in the decoration between the different parts could be noted. Besides, some little marks or small manufacturing imperfections such as minor defects in the glaze or in the varnish etc., may also be observed.
