A lovely set of 5 rustic French kitchen tin nesting canisters made in the 1920s. These canisters are ivory with beautiful floral scenes on each side of the tin faces, vivid colorful flowers. They are stackable for easy storing when not in use.
The 5 canisters were designed to store from the largest to the smallest: Sugar (Sucre), Flour (Farine), Coffee (Cafe), Tea (The) & Poivre (Pepper).
They would be great to store all your crafting and sewing supplies in and they would of course look fantastic in any industrial or vintage kitchen.
--- Condition ---
In rustic distressed vintage condition with heavy signs of usage however I think this is what gives me their charm and beauty. There are dent marks bumps of age, oxidation, discoloration and paint chipping in areas and areas of rust that could not be removed (especially inside the canisters) as shown in the photos. Please ask me if you are unsure. Please take a look at the photos closely and use ZOOM for detail (photo highlights the beautiful blemishes).
