Lovely rustic French Vintage Saloir "Pot en Gres" Glazed Stoneware Sandstone Pot with lid, handles and cover.   Used in France for Rilette, Confit and/or Fois Gras.   Ideal for storage of kitchen items or for storage of any small items or a fleur de sel "salt pot". It can also be use for decoration, flower pot or utensil holder. 

Use your imagination as it's great for your unique interior design needs. It has lots of charm!!

Approximately Larger Saloir Lidded Pot N#1:  21 cm height x 20 cm width & 2590 grams Smaller Saloir Lidded Pot N#2:  16.5 cm height x 16 cm width & 1445 grams not including packaging weight.

--- Condition ---

In rustic handmade vintage condition.   There are many surface imperfections as it was handmade and glazed painted.  There are many surface marks, spots, bumps, tiny chips in the varnish and glazing spots in the surface.  It is clearly handmade as you can see the manual finger marks blemishes on the surface. Please ask me if you are unsure. Please take a look at photos and use ZOOM for detail. The brown color has some color contrast and the patina which really adds to it's charm.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING AVAILABLE.  I ship all my products using the French Postal Service (La Poste). For larger items. I ship using Colissimo (La Poste International service) which includes tracking. minimum insurance and estimated delivery dates (which is normally faster than the processing times in my policy section). If you want additional information about insurance or tracking for smaller items. please contact me for details on the supplemental change. 

If you live France. Belgium. Luxembourg. Spain. Italy. Great Britain. Portugal. Germany and Austria. I can use Mondial Relay to reduce the shipping charge. If you prefer this option. please contact me for new shipping price quote.

I am also willing to use Happy Post upon request and where ship location is offered in their service plan.  

All items are shipped from France to all over the world and I welcome multiple orders to consolidate shipments to help reduce shipping fees where possible.

To be economically responsible and not charge handling fees. when available. I try to use recycled materials for my packaging while being mindful that the materials are suitable to ensure the safest expedition to protect your purchase during the delivery process. I pack very carefully especially fragile items and I check to make sure I'm using the most cost-efficient method.
