Lovely French Vintage Enamelware Bathroom Decor. Bathroom Pot ("Chambre Pot" in French) with lid and wooden handle. This was made by famous maker of high quality thick enamelware B.Frères and this mark dates back to the early/mid 1900s confirmed by the date handwritten on the bottom surface.
The body of the pitcher is in a cream beige color with a green checkered design around the surface. This type of enamelware was a staple in all old French homes in the 30's as some homes were more humble version still didn't have running water or toilets in the home.
Each item is stamped "Ste Austria B. Frères" with the year 1933. It would make a lovely decorative addition to any home especially a country, industrial or farmhouse feel home.

In good vintage condition. Given the age, there are some surface spots/marks/dings/chipping/crazing in the enamel (mostly around the handle, edges and lid) but it just adds to its rustic charm, beauty and character. It has been clean and I removed as much of the rust as possible. Very good quality, no holes, no leaks and usable. Please take a look at the photos closely and use zoom for detail.
