Exquisite Handmade Belgian Asian Chiniserie style Lidded Vase with base made by famous manufacturer or earthenware 'Boch Freres', in Terre de Fer in the "Changhai" Motif. The white ceramic is decorated with vivid multi color decor of dragons, cranes, fish, pheasants, partridges, plants, sea algae, etc. This is also referred as a "Ginger" pot.
Stamped on the bottom "CHANGHAI - BOCH - Belgium - Handworked - 7" inside a decorative image.

In lovely vintage condition. Given the age, there are subtle signs of usage and lovely imperfections such as pattern bleeding/fading in certain spots, manufacturing marks and surface bumps from the glazing process and subtle signs of crazing in certain areas as shown in the photos (refer to the collage). Please take a look at the photos closely and use ZOOM for details on the plate especially the photo collages. If you are not sure, please ask me questions about the condition of the plates and request more photos.
