--- Condition ---
In rustic vintage condition given the age there are certainly signs of usage such as some pattern bleeding/blue ink marks/fading in certain spots on the surface, manufacturing marks and surface spots, utensil marks/surface scratches, manufacturing /glazing marks on the surface, there are areas around the edges of wearing down of the protection glaze or tiny marks where there is no varnish (surface not smooth), discoloration/signs of browning in various areas on the front and back of the plates and all the plates have various signs of visible crazing on the surface of the plate as show in the photos. I think this is what adds to it's charm and beauty as you can't replicate this aged look Please ask me if you are unsure. PLEASE use ZOOM to review closely the detail and condition of the plates.
**Special Note about aged Porcelain**
If you are not accustomed to this ‘look’, google crazing and the aging process of porcelain. The Japanese use crazing to add an artistic look to their pieces whereas antiques go through the natural aging process.
