Rustic French Vintage Wooden Dough Bread Bowl ~ Set of 2 Primitive Farmhouse Rustic Kitchen Decor.   These 2 pieces (not identifcal but bought together) are a great addition for your French country kitchen. Prop on your country or use as a rustic serving tray. I cleaned it with soap and water then put 100% natural miss mustard seed hemp oil as a protective finish.

Approximately Larger piece with side handles:  41 cm length x 17 cm width x 7 cm height & 735 grams.   Smaller Piece no side handles:  30 cm length x 14.5 cm width x 6 cm height & 375 grams 1110 grams in total not including the packaging weight.

--- Condition ---

In lovely distressed vintage condition. As this item has had a previous life, there are signs of aging and small marks/scratches in the wood and some areas where the wood is splitting however I believe this is what gives the piece it's charm and beauty. Please take a look at photos and use zoom for detail.

These items are old, were previously used and were manufactured at a time when processes were less under control as today. Therefore, in addition to the defects identified and reported in the listing, slight dimensional differences or deviations in the color or in the decoration between the different parts could be noted. Besides, some little marks or small manufacturing imperfections such as minor defects in the glaze or in the varnish etc., may also be observed.

As it is my main priority to have very happy customers, I try my best to inspect, clean and describe very carefully the vintage condition of my product listings and any exceptional wear on a piece. **Special Note about aged Porcelain**
If you are not accustomed to this ‘look’, google crazing and the aging process of porcelain. The Japanese use crazing to add an artistic look to their pieces whereas antiques go through the natural aging process. Crazing is cracking in the surface of the plate due to use sometimes it's even and is called the crackle look and other times it is random.
