1890s ~ "Service Valencienne Labrador" & "Service Louis XV" CM Creil et Montereau ~ French Antique Ironstone Porcelain TRIVET Pot Plate "Dessous de Plat" ~ Terre de Fer

Lovely French Antique Ironstone Porcelain Trivet/Hot Plate/Pot Stand "Trépied or un "Dessous de Plat" in French).    Made by famous French maker of Earthware Faience "Creil et Montereau" France, in Terre de Fer, circa 1894-1920. 

I have 2 models for sale as follows:

1. "Service Valencienne Labrador" motif with red floral leave design with bamboo edges. Stamped "Service Valencienne Creil et Montereau Labrador Deposee".
2. "Service LOUIS XV" motif with lavender floral leave design with bamboo edges. Stamped "Service LOUIS XV CM Deposee Terre de Fer".

Creil-Montereau earthenware is a ceramic production from the communes of Montereau, in the department of Seine-et-Marne and Creil, in the Oise FRANCE and was founded in 1797.

It can be used as a kitchen trivet for hot dishes, plates or pans but can also be used as an essential piece for display for your table decor or a centerpiece.

In rustic vintage condition. Due to the age, there are signs of age and usage such as some pattern bleeding and fading in certain spots, manufacturing marks and surface marks/ bumps from the glazing process, there are areas around the edges of wearing down of the protection glaze or tiny marks where there is no varnish (surface not smooth) an surface crazing (age crackle) and discolorations from usage as shown in the photos and collages as shown in the photos. Please take a look at the photos closely and use ZOOM for detail.

I ship using Colissimo (La Poste International service) which includes tracking. minimum insurance and estimated delivery dates (which is normally faster than the processing times in my policy section). If you want additional information about insurance or tracking for smaller items. please contact me for details on the supplemental change.
