Lovely Rustic English Antique Ironstone Green Transferware Collectible Large Bathroom Water Jug Pitcher in French "Pot de Chambre BROC CRUCHE". It was made by Crown Devon, Fielding, Staffordshire England, circa 1930s in terre de fer. The ivory ironstone is decorated by green transfer with a lovely floral design on the inner and outer surface. Stamped "CROWN DEVON Fieldings Staffordshire England Acid Resistance.

In lovely rustic used vintage condition. As this item is antique and close to 100 years old, there are signs of age and usage there are signs of age and usage such as pattern bleeding and fading in certain spots, manufacturing marks and surface marks/ bumps from the glazing process, lovely even surface crazing age crackle, there are areas around the edges of wearing down of the protection glaze or tiny marks where there is no varnish (surface not smooth) as shown in the photos and/or collages. PLEASE use ZOOM to review closely the detail and condition of the plates especially with the photo collages.
