1910's ~ Opaque de SARREGUEMINES ~ French Antique Ironstone Red Transferware Small Plate ~ Terre de fer en Faience

French Vintage Ironstone Small Plate "Assiette a dessert" in French. Made by famous French manufacturer of Earthware (Faïenceries) "Opaque de Sarreguemines" France, in Terre de Fer.  Stamped “Opaque de Sarreguemines”, Circa 1857-1914.

Approximately 19 cm diameter x 2 cm height & 250 grams total not including the packaging weight.

--- Condition ---

In used vintage condition however given the age there are certainly signs of usage such as some pattern bleeding/fading in certain spots, utensil marks, manufacturing marks and surface bumps from the glazing process, tiny chips in the varnish red trim around the edges, surface crazing and discoloration (especially on the back edges) and 2 plates have aged hairlines on the back edge as shown in the photos (refer to the collage).
